   I wouldn’t admit it – it’s a violation of Section 8(a) of RESPA.

   I would doubt that all brokers are paying their rent without some assistance from Title companies. Although the industry has had a landscape change like no other, there still is the same old ‘marketing’ strategies being employed by title companies lacking ‘vision’ and foresight.
