POLL: Does holding a private real estate designation give you a professional advantage?
I am way too busy to buy into these titles.
I have taken a few classes, one in negotiating that cost $200, they gave me the association and i feel like i got nothing out of it. I got a list of books to read, they told us in the end, that working together with other agents and being friendly was the best solution. These courses are so overpriced, but everything is when dealing with agents. They get ripped off left and right. The instructors are great, but what you learn is worthless.
