Based on my observation as a realtor home sales have decreased. How do I know this for sure? I have been monitoring 100 homes in two different areas. Even after remodeling and staging the homes with moderate and meager market prices, homes still are sitting longer. There is also a 20% increase in expired listings. In three different zip codes.
