Mitchell is a residential real estate appraiser and Realtor for Keller Williams Realty and has been working in related industries for 20 years including real estate marketing, escrow, and mortgage finance. He has been a licensed appraiser since 2009 and works primarily in the Los Angeles, Pasadena, and various cities and market areas of the San Gabriel Foothills. In addition to being the owner/operator of GPS Appraisal Services (gps-appraisal.com), Mr. Mitchell continues to gain experience working with a commercial Certified General Appraiser. In July 2014, he will be upgrading his license to Certified Residential.
