Chief Economist Svenja Gudell of Zillow discusses recent estimates that sea level will rise up to six feet over the next 100 years, threatening oceanfront properties in major coastal towns around the U.S.

In the 70s and 80s, the terms used by the alarmists were pollution and smog. When the earth did not disappear as predicted they switched to global warming. When that was outed another in a long line of big government scams the screamers morphed it into climate change. Apparently these limited thinkers are not aware that climate always has, and always will, change. Since the planet is a living, breathing organism, these changes keep the planet healthy. The chicken littles don’t seem to grasp that temperatures rise and fall. In fact, some of humans’ most prosperous eras have come during times of rising temps. Sea levels also rise and fall. This is one of the risks of building next to oceans and seas. The earth also burns, shakes, explodes, rains, snows, and does various other unkind things that the chicken littles don’t seem to grasp are part the process of being a planet.
