46 year licensed Broker/Agent. The fee split should NEVER be a consideration to showing a particular property to a client, or you are not providing a professional service. Remember the term “steering the buyer”. Not showing a property is compared to redlining. You show all property that is suitable to a particular buyer, regardless of the fee split which can be negotiated.
