I think a lot of home buyers are afraid to buy a home. Over the last several years main stream media has really put a scare on home buyers not to buy a home. Now people just have a lack of knowledge and they dont know whether or not it is safe to buy a home. Also the younger generation dont think they can qualify for a loan because of all the hype over the last few years, most wont even go into a bank and see if they can get approved. The younger generation of potential home buyers have only heard negative talk in regards to Real Estate. I’m betting that if more of that generation of “kids” or young adults were educated on real estate and the housing market there would be a spike in the rise of real estate home sales.
