I like what you said about renting instead of buying if you don’t like tasks such as mowing the lawn. My brother has been telling me about how he’s looking for a new place to live in the coming months, and I want to make sure that he’s comfortable. I’ll share this information with him so that he can look into his options for renting a home that can help him with this.
It is one of best way to attract potential customer and enhance the productivity of a property management business. Such types of marketing focused on specific targeted customers of specific location and is more effective as compared to conventional method of marketing. So, I would like to thank you for sharing such a nice article which provides proper guidance to attract more customers. We have to spent a large amount of money on conventional method of marketing with minimum output. However, by conducting such types of advertising, we could get more output with minimum spending.
We have spent money on online marketing with google ads and not had to much success. A couple of weeks ago I decided to send direct mailings to owners renting their properties. I composed a list of 100 owners which took me a couple of days and found this marketing letter. Of course, I tweaked it and customized the letter to compliment my company. Spent $49 dollars on a roll of 100 hundred stamps and and box of envelopes and sent them all out. After 1 week I received 8 phone calls 4 of them telling to remove them from our list and 4 of them asking about our services. Out of the 4 inquiries 2 signed a 1 year agreement. That is a 2% conversion rate with a total investment of $0.58 per letter (stamp, envelope, letter, and mailing label). I will take 2% conversion for a total investment of $58.00 any time. With 1 month of management fee I am already profiting. Direct mailing is not dead just forgotten. I want to thank the author on behalf of Miami Property Managementfor this letter.
Would you mind sharing what your letter to the owners sounded like / included? I have a few different templates however not getting anywhere near 2% conversion rate. Much appreciated Sam
