AB 446: Landlord must give notice of condition causing removal of mobilehome

Amended by AB 446:

Civil Code §798.73

Before a mobilehome park owner may require a mobilehome be removed from the park, he must give the homeowner notice of the condition that allows the landlord to have the mobilehome removed.
