California home sales volume lays low
2020 ended with 439,200 home sales in California. This was 1,700 more home sales than took place in 2019, amounting to a 0.4% increase.

Los Angeles housing indicators
Los Angeles ended 2020 with a homeownership rate of 48.3%. This was only a measly 0.1% higher than the total for 2019.

Orange County housing indicators
In 2020, Orange County home sales volume reversed course, rising a slight 3% above the prior year.
