Bus stops, door hangers, print ads, yard signs, email signatures — portraits of real estate agents and brokers are virtually everywhere advertisements are found. But do they work? Some say agent photos are an important part of building a recognizable brand in an industry where personality and people skills are critical. Others say they’re a distracting exercise in vanity.
